You can download the application form by clicking on the link in the right hand column on this page and send it together with a cheque made payable to TENNISCOACHUK and a copy of your qualification certificate to the following address:

Membership applications are normally processed within two working days.
New members receive a welcome pack which includes a membership certificate, coach handbook and membership card (new for 2009).

We accept payment by credit/debit card over the phone, thereby providing instant cover for new members. Please note that we will still need you to complete the form and provide us with a copy of your coaching qualification within 14 days.
