STRATEGIC REVIEW RELEASED TO MEMBERS
The first Strategic Review document produced by tenniscoachUK has now been sent to all members and interested parties and is already provoking significant feedback to the National Office.
The document outlines the key issues affecting the development of our organisation and of tennis coaching as a profession, and sets out our proposals to then address the identified issues.

EIGHTY PERCENT CONFIRMED AS GUIDELINE
The Inland Revenue has confirmed that it is using a guideline of 80% total turnover with one client as its main trigger for determining whether the status of a self-employed coach may be worth investigating.

LEADING COACHES JOIN ADVISORY PANEL
Jeremy Bates, Jo Durie, David Felgate, Alan Jones and Mike Walker are the latest coaches to join the tenniscoachUK advisory panel which will have its first summit meeting in March.
The new advisory panel will provide the tenniscoachUK board with expert advice, opinion and proposals to enable tenniscoachUK to develop its influence on the direction coaching should take in the UK.

HEWITT COACH TRAINING DATES RELEASED

MARK COX JOINS THE TENNISCOACHUK TEAM
Former top twenty world ranked player Mark Cox has been appointed as the new president of tenniscoachUK.
"I am delighted to join the Board as President and hope that I can contribute to everyone's benefit" said Mark. "I feel it is important for British coaches to have an independent voice and clearly it is in everyone's interests to be working together as the ultimate interests of tennis being a successful game are common".
