GOVERNANCE

BTCA BOARD

The BTCA Board is responsible for the running of the Association nationally and consists of the President, Chairperson, Chief Executive and up to six members nominated and elected by the national membership.

 

There are three sub-committees set up from the Board to oversee important areas of BTCA activities, namely:

Finance
Training
Disciplinary

The following officers and members of the Board look after the affairs of the Association:

President: David Sammel
Chairman: Jim Edgar
Chief Executive: Mike Lynch

Nationally Elected Board Members:
Nigel Allingham
Charles Applewhaite
Paul Bradfield
John Willis


The Board meets a minimum of 4 times a year at the National Office in Wolverhampton.


FINANCE SUB-COMMITTEE

The Finance Sub-Committee is responsible for the finance of the Association.

Chairman:      Mike Lynch
Committee Members:     Jim Edgar and Oliver Ross (independent auditor)


TRAINING SUB-COMMITTEE

The Training Sub-Committee is responsible for the training course and education programme of the Association.

Chairman:     Jim Edgar
Committee Members:     Nigel Allingham, Charles Applewhaite, Paul Bradfield and John Willis.


DISCIPLINARY SUB-COMMITTEE  

The Disciplinary Sub-Committee meets as and when needed should any disciplinary problems arise.
